In 2023, four friends with a shared passion for craft spirits and Appalachian heritage came together on a beautiful farm in Yellow Spring, West Virginia. What started as a dream became Sunset Distilling Company.
Every bottle we produce is crafted with care and intention — pure Appalachian water, patient barrel aging, and an unwavering commitment to quality in every drop.
